I must say pretty good options you have listed down here. But Mumbai is a big city after all, with every nook & corner having a food stall/hotel/restaurant to speak off.
Hope the forgotten few names here will be covered by you in the second list-
Britannia, South Mumbai- Good Parsi & Irani non-veg food. You must try the Beri Pulao
Olympia, South Mumbai- Good Mutton Biryani
Jai Hind Lunch Homes- in Dadar & Lower Parel
5 Spices- S. Mumbai & Bandra
Aromas of China- Andheri
